BIKINI BERLIN - Designed by partner Drew Seskunas while directing the Berlin office of SAQ Architects, Bikini Berlin is a 300,000 sf mixed-use, adaptive reuse building project integrating 4 historically landmarked buildings in Berlin's City West. Located between Breitscheidplatz and the Zoo and overlooked by the Gedaechtniskirche, Bikini Berlin is comprised of a hotel, office space, shopping marketplace and roof-top park the size of a football pitch.
