WORKSHOP- Designed as an adaptive space, Workshop is part of Everlane’s “Not a Shop” series started this past summer (and the second The Principals have designed for them).  Selling clothes only online, the space serves as a physical manifestation of Everlane's primarily digital presence; replacing coded interaction with physical interaction.

Running from November 30th until December 16th, Workshop showcased both Everlane’s new product line as well as a series of participatory events meant to explain the process Everlane uses to make their clothes and showcase things that inspire the brand.  Workshop is designed as a series of interlocking, moveable pods, each hosting a new facet of Everlane’s product line.  When assembled they represent the entirety of the brand as a “house”.  Easily moveable as individual parts and able to be reassembled in a multitude of arrangements, the pods filter and organize the space based on the various needs of each event.   Events included workshops on how Everlane makes their clothes; from belts to oxford shirts to cashmere sweaters, as well as local artisan spotlights such as flower arrangements, bakeries and waffle trucks.
